Refinement is a new crafting mechanic, introduced on March 24 2021. It lets the player imbue weapons with additional properties. Every such refinement gives positive and negative effect.

It can be accessed by talking to Lisbeth on 48th Floor or through "Enhance Equipment" in the Menu.

Crafting mechanics[]

Production[]

Metal Scraps can be used to produce Ingots. 5 pieces of Common/Superior/Rare Scraps are required to produce one Ingot with a random effect. Additionally 100 pieces of Common or Superior Scraps can be used to produce one piece of a Metal Scrap of a higher rarity.

There is a chance that Ingot produced from Common or Superior Scraps will be of a higher rarity than the Scraps used, at the same time it's possible that ingot produced from Superior or Rare Scraps will be of a lower rarity than the Scraps used.

Superior ingots can be produced for 10000 Col from Superior Metal Scraps. It's also possible to obtain them from Common Metal Scraps for 3000 Col and from Rare Metal Scraps for 30000 Col.

Refine[]

To be able to infuse weapon, first it needs at least one slot unlocked with an Ore. Slots can be unlocked through "Enhance Equipment" menu in "Refine" tab. Every weapon can have up to 3 slots for refinement. In the same tab an Ingot can be inserted into an unlocked slot, which grants one positive and one negative effect. Inserting Ingots into equipment also increases its base Attack or Defense (depends if it is a weapon or armor)

Inserted ingots can be removed, leaving an empty slot, which can be used to insert another ingot.

Integral and Dark Black Series Equipment can be refined only at Lisbeth's on 48th Floor.

Composition[]

Produced ingots receive a random effect with a power +1. Several ingots with the same effect can be combined to strengthen the effect of the ingot.

  1. Common Ingots can be combined up to +99 power
  2. Superior Ingots can be combined up to +299 power
  3. Rare Ingots can be combined up to +499 power
  4. Dungeon Boss Ingots can be combined up to +99 power
  5. *4 Ingots can be combined up to +99 power

Power of the effect also depends on rarity of ingot produced - the rarer the ingot, the higher are values of the effect.

Every ingot can be disassembled, returning 2 pieces of Metal Scraps of the same rarity as the ingot.

Gacha[]

It is possible to obtain ingots by purchasing them from "Material Appraisal" banner. Purchasing 1 Appraisal costs 200 Arcana Gems, while purchasing 11 Appraisals costs 2000 Arcana Gems and guarantee at least one 4* Ingot.

4* Ingots are possible to obtain only through Gacha.

It is possible to receive Dungeon Boss, Rare and Superior Ingots. Common Ingots and Metal Scraps of any kind are not included.
