Location of the Guild Counter in the Town of Beginnings

Guilds are a way for players to gather in communities with common goals. Every player can either create their own guild or join one of the existing guild by using the guild search function either from the menu or by talking to the NPC at the Guild Counter. Every guild can gather up to 30 members. Guilds can distinguish themselves in various ways:

  • by choosing several tags to specify what kind of members do they seek,
  • by creating a guild's logo in a built-in editor, which lets its commander to pick several shapes and their colours and place them in custom positions in a 2D space,
  • by writing a short message describing the guild's nature, purpose, language etc.,
  • and of course, by choosing its unique name.

Guilds are also distinguished by their level. Each level unlocks one of the buffs, which the leader can activate.

Benefits[]

Being a part of a guild brings the player several different benefits. Guild's leader can choose up to 4 different buffs, which can be active for either a definite or an indefinite period of time. These buffs include:

Every guild receives a Guild Room which can be accessed by talking to the Guild Room Guide in the Town of Beginnings. In said room players can hang out, accept several Guild Quests and participate in the time-limited Guild Events.

Guild Quests give players EXP and Col and provide Guild EXP and GP, which can be used to activate guild buffs.

Hierarchy[]

Every member can be associated with his role:

  1. Leader - can be only one and is able to perform every action available for the guild member. He can accept/invite/kick members, choose their roles, post messages on Bulletin Board, edit Guild's message, icon, tags and activate buffs. He's the only member who can't exit the guild, unless he passes the leadership to another guildmate.
  2. Sub-Leader - there can be several Sub-Leaders. They can perform most actions available concerning managing the guild's members and post messages on Bulletin Board. They can't change Leader's role, nor kick him.
  3. Member - default role given to any new guildmate. He can't perform any of the above actions.

All guildmates can use the Guild chat, visible only for the members of their own guild; invite each other to the party; send private messages and follow each other. As long as several guildmates are on the same server, they can see each other in the game. Everyone can also access members' list, which displays their names, levels, roles and the time when they logged in for the last time.
