Buff which places a special effect on an attacked enemy, which makes them like cats. Despite such description, this only makes him get a special buff icon and doesn't affect his appearance or behaviour in any way. Some Unique Bonuses make use of this effect. It can't be upgraded by leveling up the skill record. It appears in skill records on one tier only.
